Beautiful polyester silk Ivory strapless wedding dress. Augusta Jones Corset and skirt with full train, although two piece you cannot tell when the dress is worn as the skirt sits just below your ribs. It cost £1200 new and has been professionally cleaned and steamed at a cost of £300. I really want to get rid of this dress so may accept offers.
The corset is a tie back. It is adorned with tiny pearls and swarovski crystals. The skirt is plain and fully netted. Due to the length of the train there are three ties to create a 'bustle' for the evening-this prevents people treading on the train and ruining it.
The dress is labelled as a size 12 but is a small 12 (European sizing) so is appropriate for a 10-12. I am 5ft 4 and wore 3 inch heels (see below). I also wore the largest hoop available but this was only hired on the day at a cost of £20 from the wedding shop where I bought my dress.
It comes in its original white packaging, a bit like a dry cleaners bag with the coat hanger coming through the top.
I am also throwing in the shoes that I wore with the dress completely FREE OF CHARGE. These are size 5 'Margerite' by Else wedding shoes. They are Ivory in colour, have an ankle strap fastening and a pointed toe. They cost £55 and are still in the original box and packaging.
